Description

Provide and install 8" CPVC pipe and fittings from the existing parts washer exhaust pipe to outside the building. The existing 8” CVPC pipe will need to be extended and supported vertically approximately 14 feet. Then the pipe will need to run horizontally approximately 28 feet and exit building above the hangar doors on the north side of hangar 11. The horizontal pipe will need to be supported from the concrete ceiling as required. The ceiling is approximately 3 feet above where the horizontal pipe will run. The area that the vent will exit the building is corrugated steel and will need to be cut to allow for the exhaust pipe to exit the hangar. This area will need to be sealed around the exhaust pipe once installed. The exhaust pipe will also require some type of barrier to prevent birds and other rodents from entering.
