Contractor shall ensure each vehicle and equipment leaving the Work site is sufficiently cleaned so to not create a nuisance or hazard on the City’s property or public roadways off-site. Contractor shall remove all residuals from the first lagoon until it is restored to the original volume as shown on the provided Drawing or not to exceed 4,640 cubic yards removed, whichever comes first. The Contractor will also remove all residuals from the second lagoon to its original volume or not to exceed 4,690 cubic yards removed, whichever comes first, should the City decide to accept the Additive Bid option of the contract.
