Urban League City Plaza Roof Removal and Replacement Project: Dollar Tree Suite 126 Overview The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis requests bids for the flat roof replacement at 1314 Aubert Avenue, Suite 126 (Dollar Tree) St Louis, MO 63113 of the Urban League Plaza City Plaza. The scope of work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to remove and replace the existing membrane roof located at the Urban League Plaza City Plaza building, Dollar Tree Suite 126 building. The roof is approximately 10,500 sq ft. Important Dates: Request for Proposal Issue: April 14, 2025 Deadline for Question: April 17, 2025 Answer Provided By: April 21, 2025 Proposal Submission Deadline: April 23, 2025 @ 10:00 am There will not be a pre-bid meeting.
