Description
The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from Proponents for a recycling audit for properties receiving curbside collection, with the option of a green and garbage waste audit for homes serviced by the Township of Langley (“Township”), as further detailed herein. The successful Proponent should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience conducting waste composition studies and providing services of a similar scope and nature. The Township intends to award a Contract for a one (1) year term, with options for three (3) additional (1) year renewals for a total possible term of four (4) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
