Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

Please note that the TBIPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

This requirement is for: Polar Knowledge Canada

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under TBIPS SA EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category(ies):

-        A.17 Webmaster: Level 2

The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:

Polar Knowledge Canada requires the services of one resource to redesign the Polar Knowledge Canada Canada.ca website to enhance user experience, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, improve the overall functionality of the site and to provide background and storytelling about Polar Knowledge Canada. The redesigned website should facilitate easier navigation, provide a more intuitive user interface, and effectively communicate Polar Knowledge Canada's mission and activities. These objectives would be broken up into an audit phase, consultation of stakeholders and web design for full implementation following Adobe Experience Manager and Government of Canada requirements.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA) the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free-Trade Agreement

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to May 31, 2025 with two (2) three (3) month option periods.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for approximately 100 days with 120 optional days total.
