Parkside East Pond Grading Improvement

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the major work noted below in addition to other bid items identified in this contract.

A. Excavating and storing off approximately ten thousand (±10,000) cubic yards of material.

B. Restoring ground cover by sodding approximately fifteen thousand (±15,000) square yards.

The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be completed at Parkside East Pond Grading in the City of Irving.

THE CITY WILL NOT PUBLISH THE ENGINEER’S COST ESTIMATE OR THE BID TAB UNTIL AFTER THE PROJECT HAS BEEN AWARDED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
