Description

All interested parties that are capable of providing the required services shall submit a response via email only to Tiffany.Lee-Franklin@va.gov no later than July 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST. The responses shall be limited to 7 pages must include the information below.




  1. Contractor names, SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, address, point of contact, title, phone number, and email address

  2. Brief description of the company background, capability to meet this requirement (may include nurse resumes, facility/company accreditations, type of equipment used, etc.), and past or current performance under contract (civilian or government).

  3. Contractor’s Business Size and socioeconomic status, including Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert), if applicable.

  4. Contractor’s interest in responding to a solicitation if issued.

  5. Include if Contractor has a current Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP), or GSA Contract.
