The State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation – Metro District intends to utilize a single source acquisition with Troxler Electronic Labs for the procurement of the specific molds used with our Troxler 5850 Superpave Gyratory Compactor. These molds are specifically designed, engineered, patented and solely distributed by Troxler Electronics Lab.
