Description

The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Pardon Attorney intends to award a sole source purchase order to DocketScope, Inc. Point of contact is dante.lewis@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is a subscription whose primary function is to improve the productivity of those users by automating previously manual and time-consuming tasks. Users can focus on higher value analysis while DocketScope prepares, stages, captures, organizes, and pre-analyzes data for patterns, trends, content, and duplicate information and drives the workflow to ensure that theissues raised in ALL comments are considered and evaluated . The requirement is intended as sole source contract because Docketscope platform closely conforms to the needs of the PARDON attorney rulemaking policy tools and development.



The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Justification for the determination is attached. The following FAR Part 12 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.12- 4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not an RFQ. Any source capable of providing the supplies and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to dante.lewis@usdoj.gov.
