Project Description: The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the Water Resources Department (WRD) for a company to provide ongoing and as needed facility & property maintenance and repair services over the term of the contract. The work performed under this contract shall include all labor, components and equipment for the comprehensive accomplishment of all work that may include the disciplines of Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical, Flooring, Painting, Doors, Windows, Air Conditioning, and other general building disciplines as needed.
Term of Contract is two (2) years. ** Estimated Budget is $519,807.00 ** NO bonds required *** Insurance is required
