Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Tax Commission from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of 1st Placement Collections Service. A contract resulting from this solicitation may be designated for use as a statewide contract. See 74 O.S. ยง 85.5(G)(3). The contract is awarded on behalf of the OTC to establish a contract with a professional collection supplier, whose majority of experience is in the collection of public sector debt to perform 1st placement debt collection for delinquent taxes and fees from individuals and businesses located inside and outside the State of Oklahoma. The OTC does not consider the following to be public sector debt; consumer/credit card, student loans, medical, etc.
