A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the project site- 146 Maple Street, Lexington, MA 02420.

Advanced certification by DCAMM is required. Bidders must submit with their bids a Certificate of Eligibility in the category of Demolition and an Update Statement. Attention is also called to the fact that prevailing wage rates as determined by the Department of Labor Standards are applicable to this project.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it's in the public interest to do so.
