QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: If a subcontractor is only working on the exterior of the building, will they need to produce TB training documentation and annual PPD test results?
A: No, not needed.

Q: What level of infection control will be required for this project?
A: LEVEL 2 ICRA to keep the dust from coming into building.
Q: The wage rates included in the Solicitation for this project are for Heavy construction. May I suggest that these be replaced with wage rates for Building construction?
A: The updated wage rates are attached and will be incorporated into the solicitation.
Q: Would the VA consider receiving bids via email in lieu of having them hand-delivered? If not, where at the Wilmington VA are the sealed bids to be delivered?
A: The Bids Opening has changed to Virtual and a link and or dial in number is provided on page 3.
