California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) is soliciting proposals from qualified federal consulting firms with demonstrated experience in federal advocacy and congressional engagement. The selected firm will partner with university leadership to strengthen CSUF¿s federal relations strategy, pursue congressional funding opportunities, and elevate the university¿s national profile. Proposers should demonstrate an ability to engage effectively with federal agencies and policymakers and to secure resources that advance the university¿s strategic priorities.
