Description:
Contractor shall provide all necessary licenses, permits, insurance, labor, and personnel to provide the Department of State Hospitals ¿ Patton with radiology directorship services on an as-needed basis; to assist the medical staff at State Hospitals in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources; and to assure that appropriate clinical evaluations and documentation meet the requirements and standards set forth by Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations regarding community care licensing, the Joint Commission, and the Department of Justice.
Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, personnel, and any other items necessary to perform clinical oversight of DSH¿s Radiology Department by fulfilling the role of Radiology Director, in accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part 20 (10 CFR 20), section 20.1101, the California Health and Safety Code, section 124850(g), and the California Code of Regulations (CCR), title 17, sections 30255(b) (1&2) and 30305 (b) (1&2), for x-ray supervision by an off-site supervisor.
Contractor shall assist DSH medical staff in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources and assure that diagnoses, treatment and documentation meet the requirements and standards set forth by the community standards of practice, state licensing requirements the California Code of Regulations, title 22; Medical Board certification; the Joint Commission, and federal and state laws.
