CSFA01-26 - Auditing Services

You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. CSFA01-26, entitled Auditing Services for the California School Finance Authority (CSFA). The RFP seeks auditing services to fulfill CSFA¿s obligations pursuant to Government Code sections 5871 and 5872 and meet the Office of the State Controller¿s minimum auditing requirements. The selected firm will also perform an audit of CSFA¿s federal programs for compliance with, and submission to, the Office of Management and Budget. The audit must comply with all minimum standards for conducting audits established by the U.S. Government Accountability Office and the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards. Proposals for these services must comply with the instructions included in the attached RFP.
