Theatrical Rigging

The City of Phoenix invites offers for Theatrical Rigging in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement will terminate upon the earliest occurrence: by reaching the end of the term including any extensions exercised, or termination pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

This project will contain two parts. Part A: Motorized Rigging Systems, Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair, for a five (5) year period, commencing on or about October 1, 2026, according to the provisions and specifications contained herein. Part B: Manual Counterweight Rigging Systems, Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair, for a three (3) year period, commencing on or about October 1, 2028, according to the provisions and specifications contained herein. Both Part A and Part B contracts will end on September 30, 2031.
