Overview

Summary

The work under this project involves the systemic demolition of all existing above-grade structures within the Military Circle Mall complex, down to the existing concrete slab-on-grade. The Ross tenant place, Sentara building, and other designated locations are excluded from the scope of work and shall remain undisturbed. The Bidder shall provide a Lump Sum cost to provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to perform the work as described herein.

Background

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Friday, June 26, 2026 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/270233 . Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City.
