At-Grade Pedestrian Crossing at BART - Const Mgmt, Inspection Svcs and Materials Testing

The City of Union City, California, is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction management (CM), inspection services and materials testing for the At-Grade Pedestrian Crossing at BART project.

City’s Public Works Department is responsible for designing, reviewing, constructing, and maintaining City’s infrastructure.  Currently, engineering projects are overseen by both in-house engineers and inspectors and by consultants. The At-Grade Pedestrian Crossing at BART project requires further augmentation of City staff due to workload and scheduling issues.

Request for proposals for the following service categories is requested:

• Construction Management (CM)

• Inspection

• Materials Testing
