Project Description: The Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) is a Special District within the State of California that owns, maintains, and operates passenger rail service in Sonoma County and Marin County. SMART is also a common carrier that owns and operates freight rail services within the counties of Sonoma, Marin and Napa.
SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide consultation, monitoring, ongoing management, and support services for for SMART's Microsoft 365 system including:
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Defender
• Teams
• Exchange Online
• Entra ID
• System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager
• Microsoft Intune
• Veeam Backup
• Azure Blob Storage
• Azure Cloud Compute
This contract has a 3-year base term with (2) one-year options to extend thereafter. The deadline to submit a Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal is September 25, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific)
