Project Description: *****Important Clarification and Update: Broward County Transportation (BCT) Department CAD/AVL Procurement Solicitation.*****
Dear CAD/AVL Vendors,
We are reaching out to all vendors who have expressed interest in the Broward County Transportation Department CAD/AVL procurement opportunity with an important clarification and project update.
Procurement Clarification:
Recently, Broward County’s Aviation Department released a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a CAD/AVL system sole-source procurement (OPN2132004F1). Please be advised that this release is unrelated to the Broward County Transportation Department.
Regarding the Broward County Transportation Department procurement:
- Our Request for Information (RFI) process has concluded.
- Broward County Transportation has not issued any recent RFIs.
- We are not pursuing a sole-source contract for this project.
- We will be issuing a fully competitive Request for Proposals (RFP).
The upcoming RFP will be open to the public. Any vendor who wishes to apply is welcome and highly encouraged to submit a proposal.
