T-32 ROW Mowing - Dekalb

This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road (as defined in O.C.G.A § 32-1-3, as provided for in O.C.G.A § 32-2-64 and § 32-2-69 to establish a contract with a qualified supplier(s) who will provide Basic Mowing Maintenance Services.

This electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a Fixed Agency Services Contract for Right of Way Basic Mowing Maintenance Services. Work consists of basic mowing maintenance services to maintain the properties following demolition and subsequent restoration of grassed vegetation. Basic mowing maintenance services provided will include mowing and trimming as well as removal of lawn litter such as sticks, other organic debris, and trash. Grass clippings landing in the street from mowing and trimming will be blown back into the grassed area.

Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent.
