The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for primers and probes for our Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory located at 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Specifications:

Suppliers will submit their quote for one hundred and seventy (170) primers and probes.  Suppliers must be able to provide all one hundred and seventy (170) primers and probes.  Please see attached list of primers and probes that are being requested.

Please note: Primers and Probes must be shipped within 20 business days from receipt of purchase order.

Shipping & Handling Charges to ship primers and probes to the Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory located at 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832.  Shipping & Handling Charges must include any tariff fees.  Supplier must ship full order when complete.  Awarded Supplier must be able to ship all primers and probes within 20 business days from receipt of purchase order.

Note: All participating Suppliers must possess an established quality assurance program that includes a Quality Management System ISO accreditation for the distribution of medical and scientific products.  All Suppliers must warranty offered products should the products not perform satisfactory due to any reason other than misuse.  Suppliers must replace the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

Note To Supplier: Model/Part Number and Descriptive Literature

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
