Project Description: The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (“AC Transit” or “District”) and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (“BART”) are seeking proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers” or “Consultants”) to provide the East Bay Paratransit Consortium (“EBPC”) with a Paratransit Coordinator to provide EBPC program oversight, as set forth in Exhibit 8, Scope of Services (“Services”).
