Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the Old Alice Road Improvements project for the full reconstruction of Old Alice Road I-69 Frontage Road to Ruben Torres Blvd. Project will include storm drainage improvements, BPUB water and wastewater utilities, sidewalks and shared use path.
