RFP for Balfour Road Wastewater Rehabilitation Project

The City of Brentwood requests proposals from qualified individuals or firms for civil engineering services for its Balfour Road Wastewater Rehabilitation Project, CIP No. 592-59208.

Request for Proposals

Questions or objections relating to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”), the RFP attachments, the RFP procedures, the Project, or the required Services may only be submitted via email to Meghan Oliveira, Associate Engineer, at moliveira@brentwoodca.gov by 5:00 p.m., May 27, 2026.

Proposals must be received by the City by or before June 5, 2026, by 5:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time. Respondent must submit one copy of the Proposal in electronic format (pdf or Word) via email to Meghan Oliveira, Associate Engineer, at moliveira@brentwoodca.gov with the subject line stating:

“Proposal for Balfour Road Wastewater Rehabilitation Project, CIP No. 592-59208" by the Proposal Deadline. Late submissions will be disregarded.
