Summary

Project Description: Perform asphalt and concrete pathway and sidewalk improvements. Typical work may include traffic control, survey, surface removal, sawcutting, excavation, subgrade preparation, HMA paving, forming, placing and finish concrete work, and landscaping. The Work will be assigned by Work Packages. Each Work Package will specify the scope of work and must be performed as specified in the Contract and the Work Package details.

Engineer's Estimate: Not to Exceed $1,000,000.00

Project Location: Project locations will be throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Work Package issued after the Contract is executed.
