Snow Removal Services, MS throughout the state of Indiana

Quotes for solicitation W911SA-25-Q-3009 will be due 20 November 2024. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at eight (8) locations in Indiana. The performance period is 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services.

Quotes shall be emailed to brian.a.murphy.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, Tuesday 19 November 2024.

Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
