Request for Qualification
The Holy Family Catholic Replacement School K-12 project is located in the Village of Waskatenau, Alberta. The project will be delivered by Alberta Infrastructure on behalf of The Lakeland Roman Catholic Separate School Division. The project involves constructing a replacement 2,270 m² school to replace the current Holy Family Catholic School, which is to be demolished, and to demolish the existing Anne Chorney Public Library as part of this project. The new replacement school will be constructed on the same site as Holy Family Catholic School.
The project delivery method will be Design-Bid-Build (“DBB”) and the Project is expected to achieve LEED 4v.1 Silver Certification with the US Green Building Council.
