Project Description: Hays Consolidated Independent School District (HCISD) requests proposals for installation of perimeter fencing system at Blanco Vista Elementary as detailed in drawings and specifications documents (Attachment B, C, D & E). The contractor will be responsible for the removal of any existing chain link fence, trees or brush that need to be removed to install new fencing. (Once removed, existing fencing may be retained by Hays CISD for use at other campuses.) Contractor will remove all debris from site(s).
