| Synopsis |
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, planning, environmental assessment, geotechnical, surveying, environmental permitting, and other related professional services as may be required by the City of Jacksonville for miscellaneous improvements to existing and new parks located within the North Area, as defined in Section 2.3.1 – Location Map.
Typical improvements may include, but are not limited to, general site improvements; restrooms; playgrounds; lighting; landscaping; signage; sidewalks; multi-use paths and trails; basketball courts; fencing; sports fields; parking lots; new buildings; and building renovations or improvements, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems. A detailed scope of services and negotiated fee will be developed for each individual project authorized under this annual contract and may include feasibility studies, conceptual design, final design, bidding assistance, and post-design services. Services will be authorized through the issuance of separate Purchase Orders clearly stating the scope and maximum fee for each assignment. |
