COMMON USE PASSENGER PROCESSING SYSTEM (CUPPS) & GATE INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM (GIDS)  EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT, COLORADO

Eagle County, Colorado (hereafter referred to as “Eagle County” or the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and installation of a Common Use Passenger Processing System (“CUPPS”) and associated solutions for the Eagle County Regional Airport (the “Airport” or “EGE”), which is owned and operated by the County. This RFP outlines the scope of services, technical requirements, the selection process, and submission requirements. Respondents must submit proposals following the instructions provided to ensure full compliance.  Eagle County reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other professionals.

Eagle County requires the RFP spreadsheet feature/functionality questionnaire to be fully and accurately answered. Responses contained in the questionnaire will be relied on by Eagle County and any respondent awarded a contract by Eagle County will be held responsible for providing all features the respondent claims it provides. The RFP spreadsheet will be attached as an exhibit to the awarded contract.

Fully completed proposal due: February 6, 2026 5 pm MST
Short list vendors notified: Week of February 23rd, 2026
Short list vendor demos-remote: Week of March 2nd, 2026
Vendor selection notification: April 2026

Proposal delivery deadline:
On or before 5 p.m., MST, February 6, 2026. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.  Eagle County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex, age, or disability in consideration for an award.
