The State Training School in Eldora, IA, is looking to remove and replace approximately 200
feet of 18" dual wall to replace existing storm sewer. This area is located on the south end

1. 200 feet of 18" dual wall non-perf tile with rock bedding
2. Minor tree / fence removal
3. Connecting to existing storm manhole
4. Mobilization of equipment / material
