NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract SECONDARY PHARMACEUTICALS 25-103-DCC on or before August 19, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County Care Center (“County) is seeking qualified bidders to supply Secondary Wholesale Pharmaceuticals on an ongoing basis. The DuPage County Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility operating a closed-door pharmacy. Pharmaceuticals shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to DuPage County Care Center – Pharmacy at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Bidders shall be responsible for all costs associated with transportation, unloading, and inside delivery. Provide a truck with lift gate or an acceptable unloading method as there is no loading dock available at the Care Center.
