The City of St. Helens is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Human Resources Professional Services, including but not limited to:
- Update personnel policies and procedures handbook
- Develop recruitment and hiring processes
- Review and update job descriptions
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes
- Process employee leaves of absence
- Implement employee training programs
- Conduct wage surveys and classification studies
- Create a volunteer program
- Provide additional HR support as needed
