Project Overview
AC Transit is inviting bids for the TEC Modernization Project. The project is a renovation and expansion of the existing Training Facility supporting AC Transit’s transition to a zero-emission bus fleet.
The project includes approximately 1,164 square feet of second-floor renovation within the existing building envelope and a new 1,350 square foot building addition.
Existing bus maintenance bays will be upgraded to hydrogen-safe configurations for servicing fuel cell buses.
Additional improvements include new canopy coverage, paving replacement, office and classroom modernization, and reconfiguration of interior spaces.
