| Synopsis | This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Professional Engineering services for a comprehensive study and analysis of the shoreline erosion issues at Huguenot Park. The purpose of this project is to identify a practicable solution to address chronic erosion at Huguenot Memorial Park at 10980 Heckscher Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32226. Services provided in the initial phase of this project will include a complete and thorough alternatives analysis, a comprehensive feasibility study and a preliminary design. |
