RFP26-006 SOLID WASTE ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide Environmental Compliance, permitting, regulatory assistance and preliminary engineering and economic analysis services for the Central Peninsula Landfill (CPL) and KPB Solid Waste Department. Work includes environmental compliance activities in the field and reporting of behalf of the Solid Waste Department, preparing permit renewal applications, updating policies such as special waste disposal, assistance with regulatory issues, conceptual engineering, optimization analyses, and economic analysis.
A pre-proposal conference has been rescheduled to October 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM via Zoom. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. |
