Description
With this Request for Supply Arrangement (“RFSA”), CMHC is seeking prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with the evaluation process outlined in Part 2 – Evaluation and Selection for eligibility to provide learning and development services to CMHC employees and as further described in Appendix C.
Respondents may submit responses for any or all of these categories, and depending on the results of the evaluation, respondents may be selected to be listed in more than one category:
Category 1: Coaching
Category 2: Data & Analytics
Category 3: Diversity, Equity, Accessibility & Inclusion
Category 4: Information Management and Information Technology
Category 5: Innovation and Sustainability
Category 6: Leadership
Category 7: Official Languages
Category 8: Professional Development
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MTR)
MTR.1
The Proponent must have the ability to provide the services in Canada’s both official languages English and French of equal quality. Resources may be English-speaking and French-speaking or be fully bilingual.
MTR.2
In the event CMHC must share documents containing sensitive and/or protected information (including personal information) with the selected SA Holder, the selected SA Holder must be able to comply with applicable privacy legislation and the applicable Canadian Security Acts and Standards and will be asked to ensure that such CMHC data resides in Canada.
MTR.3
The Proponent must be available to facilitate sessions in CMHC Offices (both National Office in Ottawa and Regional Offices).
MTR.4
The Proponent must comply with the Accessibility Canada Act regarding the provision of learning materials.
The term of the Master Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an additional two (2) one-year renewal periods (the “Extension Term”), not to exceed a cumulative total of five (5) years including the Initial Term.

The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s).
