The City of Mission is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide appraisal, right-of-way, and easement acquisition services for the Johnson Drive Street Reconstruction Project (Metcalf to Lamar). The project involves the acquisition of approximately 23 commercial easements and/or right-of-way and is funded in part by federal funds. All appraisal and acquisition activities must comply with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Uniform Act) and KDOT guidelines.
The RFP document can be obtained from the City’s website or Drexel Technologies Plan Room at: https://planroom.drexeltech.com .
Proposals must be received in the Public Works Office by 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, December 5, 2024. Proposals can be hand delivered or mailed to the City of Mission, Attn: Stephanie Boyce, 4775 Lamar Avenue, Mission, KS 66202.
Questions relating to this RFP and any requests for clarification, and/or additional information deemed necessary by any responding firm shall be submitted in writing via email and directed to Stephanie Boyce .
All information requests and/or clarifications received prior to 4:00 pm on November 21, 2024, will be responded to in writing by the City addressed to all known interested firms though Drexel Technologies. No proposals will be accepted after 2:00 pm December 5, 2024.
