Project Description: New Building and Site Development for Veterinary Technology and Sustainable Horticulture, as well as improvement to an existing service road and new sewer line.
WORK THAT IS NOT PART OF THIS BID includes services direct to the Owner such as geo-technical reports and materials testing, any hazardous materials testing and abatement. Structured cabling / equipment / racks / voice-data systems, audio-visual systems and building security systems (cameras & access control) will be under separate contracts and are not part of this bid All of these, if required, will be provided through separate direct-to-owner contracts.
However, the infrastructure for these systems SHALL BE INCLUDED in the Base Bid.
