THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE (TDCJ) IS CURRENTLY
REQUESTING BIDS TO ESTABLISH A PURCHASE ORDER FOR LABOR, MATERIALS,
PARTS, AND SUPPLIES FOR FULL PREVENTIVE AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE BY
PROVIDING SYSTEMATIC AND PERIODIC SERVICING OF SPECIFIED ELEVATOR
EQUIPMENT IN THE DEPARTMENT'S FACILITIES, PER ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS,
AND SPECIFICATIONS BELOW AND INCLUDED IN THE ATTACHMENT "A" LABELED
"IW263324 TDCJ REGION VI ELEVATORS".
THE TERM OF THIS BPO IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2027
WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR FOUR ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR OPTIONS.
