The Contractor shall provide professional services for the design and survey services to construct a new bridge to replace an existing 10’ diameter culvert at the Muddy Creek crossing (Glenn Hwy MP 94, near Victory Rd) that is plugged seasonally by sediment and debris. Services include: Development of a Plans, Specification, and Estimate (PS&E) assembly suitable for project bidding and construction.
