Vendor Question:
The Statement of Work states that delivery, installation, and verification are to be completed within 30 60 days of award, unless otherwise agreed upon by the VA Service Representative. Please confirm whether the VA would consider the OEM s approximately 14 week lead time under that exception, or whether 60 days is a firm maximum for this procurement.
Government Response:
The service is expecting installation within 60 days to meet the needs of the department.
