NACHC Learning Management System (LMS) Organizational Change Management

NACHC seeks an experienced organizational change management partner to guide the people, processes, and organizational alignment needed as NACHC transitions to a new LMS. For this project, organizational change management includes strengthening alignment across NACHC’s programs; establishing guidance and administrative processes for free and fee-based programming; defining workflows to use the LMS and other learning channels; preparing staff and learners to use the new LMS; supporting risk management and communications planning; and helping staff adopt the roles, processes, and practices needed for a more coordinated approach to NACHC’s portfolio of learning and training programs.
