NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract RENTAL OF RESPIRATORY CARE EQUIPMENT 25-099-DCC on or before September 15, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County Care Center (“County”) is seeking a bidder to provide rental services for Respiratory Care Equipment to support patient care in a healthcare / clinical environment at the DuPage County Care Center located at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Awarded bidder shall furnish all equipment and carryout routine maintenance as needed. Malfunctioning equipment shall be replaced within 24 hours of report. Awarded bidder shall be responsible for all costs associated with transportation, unloading, and inside delivery. Awarded bidder shall provide a truck with lift gate or an acceptable unloading method as there is no loading dock available at the DuPage County Care Center.
