RFB ERO LIB #19-F-2-25/26 - Gillis Falls Road - Pipe and Headwall Replacement
The Carroll County Office Division of Roads Operations is seeking lump sum bids for pipe replacement, and construction of two headwalls at 2701 Gillis Falls Road, Woodbine. This location consists of a culvert with 36” RCCP. 4’ of replacement will be needed on the inlet end, and 16’ will need to be replaced on the outlet end. Construction of two (2) new headwalls on the inlet and outlet ends of the culvert. MDE permit is required, and has been secured, stream restrictions are from October 1, 2026- April 30, 2027
