Summary

SPECIFICATIONS: QTY 500 Tick Trail Sign, 8” x 11” sign with rounded corners prints one side, two colors, black and PMS 186 red UV ink plus UV coating on printed side on white .375” PVC, all signs are same copy. Drill two 1/8” holes one at centered located (match location of artwork) from the top edge and one centered located (match location of artwork) from the bottom edge. This is an outdoor sign exposed to the elements.

A. SIZE: 8” x 11”
B. STOCK: White .375” PVC.
C. PRESSWORK: Screen or Digital print, one side, two colors, plus UV coating on printed side shall be used in Ohio OUTDOOR
weather extremes.
D. INK: Black and PMS 186 Red, fade resistant UV ink, shall be used in Ohio OUTDOOR weather extremes.
E. BINDERY: Trim to size with two holes 1/8” drilled, centered located (match location of artwork) from the edge, top & bottom.
F. FINISHED TRIM SIZE: 8” x 11”.
G. SUPPLIED TO VENDOR: Email artwork (PC / PDF) and cost line information WILL BE FURNISHED TO THE SELECTED VENDOR. Return all state supplied materials to the proof to person.

UNIT PRICE AWARD: Bidder shall not insert a unit cost more than 2 digits after the decimal point. Digit(s) beyond 2 , after the decimal point shall be dropped by ODH and not used in evaluation and any subsequent award.
