NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract FURNISH AND INSTALL
HEATING SYSTEMS & REPAIR PARTS FOR LIHEAP 26-043-CS on or before August 25, 2026 at 2:30
p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov
or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm
receipt of its submission.

Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) as the Lead Administering Agency (“LAA”) is requesting proposals from qualified
HVAC furnace contractors to provide Furnace replacements for the County’s LIHEAP Furnace Voucher
Program. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify the most qualified respondents to
develop a list of Contractors for on-call Furnace repair.
