Single Source-Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Monitoring and Maintenance Services

NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as listed below.
This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Monitoring and Maintenance Services
The identified vendor will:
1. Monitoring and management of AED devices located throughout Shelby County facilities.
2. Preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and documentation necessary to maintain
operational readiness of AED devices
3. Compliance management and recordkeeping related to AED programs and applicable regulatory
requirements.
4. Technical support, reporting, training resources, and replacement parts or accessories as needed.
5. Program administration services designed to assist the County in maintaining a comprehensive
AED management program.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Services to be delivered by July 1, 2026
2. Services to be rendered for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027

In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on the
County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on June 30, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
